Kimberley Barnas

After being away for 4 years, I returned to Independent Recruiters at the end of 2019. Previously I worked at Independent Recruiters for 7 years, both as a finance consultant and IT consultant. The club has grown considerably and it is great to be part of this fun and passionate team again. In recent years I have worked as an interim recruiter and I was mainly responsible for IT and Finance vacancies, recruitment plans and labor market communication. In addition, I have also done many other Business Support functions. Now I'm on the other side of recruitment again. With all the experience on the corporate side, this gives me a good picture of recruitment issues within organizations.
