Olfertjan Niemeijer

My career in recruitment started in 2008 at the Independent Recruiters Group. I had just finished my BSc in Sociology and was looking for a more tangible way to apply my interest in people. After 5 years at Independent Recruiters, which formed the foundation of everything to come, I switched to in-house recruitment. As a freelancer, I have worked for companies such as Booking.com, Bol.com, Adyen, ING, NetApp and Optiver, mainly focused on sourcing/headhunting for senior IT positions.
As a result, I have built up a large network of IT Leaders in the Netherlands and was increasingly requested by clients to fill
Principal/Leadership positions. That is how my company IT Leaders was born. It is with great pride that I have brought this label to the Independent Recruiters Group, back where it all started.
